Commissioned by the Australian Government and Abt Associates, through Ninti One, this project will map the way creative and cultural industries interact with intellectual property.  

Through conversation and extensive consultations, this project will produce a roadmap for the sector.  This roadmap will set out tangible actions to maximise opportunities and address obstacles facing aritsts, musicians, designers and other creative producers throughout PNG.  

While there has been ongoing debate about intellectual property within PNG’s creative and cultural sector, this project marks the first attempt to co-design and implement a wide-ranging, industry-driven framework for collaboration and cooperation.
