The Tracker team was commissioned by Arts Queensland to undertake governance appraisals of arts organisations.  The organisations ranged from city-based festivals to long-term arts organisations in regional towns.  The project involved consultations with members, staff and directors, analysing their governance and working with them to improve and streamline.
